Croquetas, Tios and Marina del Rey on a Rainy Day
This weekend my husband broke out his homemade croquetas. Anyone who has ever had them knows that they are probably the best croquetas outside of the Iberian Peninsula.
Our really good friends Don and Ron were here visiting from Omaha via their long-term visit in Palm Springs. We drove over to Marina del Rey where they treated us to a delicious champagne brunch at the classic Casa Escobar. Yum!
