I was inspired to get this started by another Vox member... Patty, who offers up a really great discussion on making limoncello. Link to the left.

2nd step limoncello mar 08

Here is the 2nd step of my limoncello. We added the simple syrup last night and will let it sit awhile before bottling. Still looking for those perfect bottles. Not thrilled with selection at Cost Plus, still looking.

Final product... here are our bottles of Limoncello! We have one in the freezer, and put all the rest in a dark closet until we give them away. Would like to add labels... "Warrencello" is my husband's brand invention. I think we'll try to do up another big batch with the rest of this year's lemons, and who knows, maybe we'll try oranges, too!
